"Eye of the Beholder" is the thirty-ninth episode of the 2002 revival of The Twilight Zone. It is the last chance she can legally receive to alter her looks, and if it succeeds, she will fit in with those around her for the first time in her life. This has incredibly ugly looking Janet Tyler, Molly Sims, who's face is so hideous looking that were-the audience-not allowed to see it, it's covered with surgical bandages until the very end of the episode, to keep us from passing out!
