The thing is I don't buy his strength because they never show it to be amazing, they tell me it is which honestly is kinda weak in baki, the shows rule is if you got it flaunt it like abs.
I don't know if I'm the only one ,but Ali Jr. was annoying as a character. He always talked a big game but when everyone else got serious he'd get beaten easily by the main cast. Ali Jr isn’t my fav character but please put some respect on his name I figure it's not so much that he is weak, as Baki admitted he might've beaten him given the chance, so much that he is naive and is bad at taking blows, being something of a glass cannon.At the point where he fought baki he was stronger then everyone he fought before, besides jack maybe. No one is stopping them. Hanma is so hard to get a read on. Don't get me wrong, I still feel Alai Jr. was a wasted character since he never shows up again in the 2.5 manga that take place after this arc.
